We are small but professional web design company that has been designing, creating, and hosting web sites for over a decade. Our team is dedicated to our clients. Customer service comes first. 90 percent of our clients are word of mouth, proving that we must of done something right the first time.
Our Development Process
This process is broken down into a nine step process. This will walk you though from start to finish of what and how we complete a project. All steps are very important for the client and our company to maintain a business relationship.
Initial Consultation
This where we meet the client to explain what we do. We draw up a framework of the web site. We also set a project time-frame and explain the project cost. We believe in giving a firm price of the project at this time. The only reason the cost would change is if the client changes the direction of the project after we have started the process. Project execution plan is presented to the client.
Contract
This where we finalize price structure as well as a time line. This step is important for both parties to understand what the other needs are. The contract will be signed off by both parties.
Prototype and Client Approval
Based on the client's needs and ideas, a prototype will be developed and the client will give feedback. This is where the web site creation is started. If there are any doubts on design, navigation, etc..this is when it needs to be discussed. Once the prototype is approved we will start the project.
Development
This is the beginning of the project stage where the development of the approved prototype begins. All coding design and content creation will be performed at this time. During this process we will inform the client on our process.
Web Site Design Project Final Approval
Once the web site design project is complete, the client will do a final walk though. This is when the client does the last approval, testing navigation, content, and to make sure it is exactly was was discussed during the Client Approval phase. Once the client approves the contracted agreement then all documents are signed and the said amount will be paid to Atlanta Web Design Shop.
Deployment (final Step)
Once the project is completed and approved by the client,full payment is processed. The site will be launched and ready to go. Now once this is done the client will have three days to review the site in progress, and if anything is wrong our team will immediately fix it.
